Short version: it is yours to use, on as many of your own devices as you like, forever. Please do not pass it on or resell it. Keep a backup, because we cannot recover your planner for you.
These terms apply between you and OMG Planners when you use Weekly Plan.
When you buy Weekly Plan you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal planning, on any devices you own, for as long as it remains available.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, share your access link publicly, or pass off the planner or its structure as your own product. The design, wording and structure remain our property.
Everything you write in the planner belongs to you. We never receive it, so we claim no rights over it and cannot use it for anything. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Because your planner is stored only in your own browser on your own device, it can be lost if you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, reset the device, or lose it. On iPhone and iPad in particular, Safari may clear stored data for websites that have not been opened for a while, which is why we ask you to add the planner to your home screen.
We cannot recover a lost planner. There is no copy anywhere for us to restore from. Please use Export a backup in the settings from time to time.
The planner is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will suit any particular purpose, or that it will keep working unchanged on every future version of every browser and operating system.
We may update, change or discontinue the planner. Where we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are entitled to do so, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price paid.
[YOUR REFUND POLICY GOES HERE. Note: a blanket "no refunds, all sales final" statement is not sufficient in Australia. You must still honour consumer guarantees if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what you said it would. Get this line checked.]
