Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

Everything you write in this planner stays on your own device. It is never sent to us, and we have no way to read it, recover it, or give it to anyone else.

We use no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone.

This policy explains that in full, and covers the small amount of information that does reach us. It applies wherever you live, and includes specific sections for Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada and the United States.

1. Who we are

Weekly Plan is operated by OMG Planners, based in Australia. We are the data controller for the limited information described below.

Privacy questions and requests, from anywhere in the world including the United Kingdom and the European Union: sydney@convertclients.io

2. What the planner stores on your device

When you use Weekly Plan, the following is written into your own web browser's local storage, on the device you are holding:

None of this is transmitted anywhere. There is no account, no login, no database and no server that receives it. We could not read your planner if we wanted to, and we cannot produce it in response to a request from you, from a court, or from anyone else, because we do not have it.

The app is also technically prevented from sending it. Its Content Security Policy blocks outbound connections, so the page cannot contact any other server even by accident.

The consequence, which is worth understanding: your planner does not appear on your other devices, and if you clear your browser data, uninstall the app, or lose the device, the planner goes with it. Use Export a backup in the app's settings to keep a copy. On iPhone and iPad, adding the app to your home screen also stops Safari from clearing it.

3. What we actually receive

Technical logs from our web host

The app is delivered by our web host, Vercel Inc. Like every website in existence, their servers record basic technical information when your device requests the page:

This is inherent to how the internet works and cannot be switched off by anyone operating a website. It is not linked to anything you write in the planner, because we never receive that. Vercel processes it under their own privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Your purchase

If you bought Weekly Plan, the transaction was handled by Stan Store, not by us directly. They collect your name, email address and payment details in order to take the payment, under their own privacy policy. We never see your full card details. As the seller we may see your name, email address and what you bought.

If you email us

If you contact us for help, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us, and we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and handle any follow-up.

4. What we deliberately do not do

If this ever changes, we will update this policy, change the date at the top, and tell you inside the app before it takes effect.

5. Why we use it, and our legal basis

WhatWhyLegal basis (UK / EEA)
Server logsTo deliver the app, keep it available and secure, and investigate faults or abuseLegitimate interests: running a working, secure service
Purchase detailsTo deliver what you bought and honour consumer guaranteesPerformance of a contract, and legal obligation for tax records
Support emailsTo answer youLegitimate interests, and performance of a contract

We do not rely on consent for any of the above, because we do not do anything that requires it. That is by design.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only parties who handle anything are the service providers we need to operate:

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims. In practice, a request for your planner contents cannot be complied with, because we do not hold them.

7. Where information is processed

We are based in Australia. Our host operates a global network, so the technical logs described above may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

Your planner contents are never transferred anywhere, because they never leave your device.

8. How long we keep it

Planner contentsWe never hold them. You control them entirely and can erase them in the app at any time.
Server logsRetained by our host for a short period under their standard retention.
Purchase recordsKept as long as required by Australian tax and business record law, generally five years.
Support emails24 months after your enquiry is resolved.

9. Security

The strongest security measure here is structural: we do not collect the sensitive material in the first place, so it cannot be breached, leaked or subpoenaed from us. Beyond that, the app is served only over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content Security Policy, and clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections. Access to our email and store accounts is limited to those who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required, including under Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

10. Your rights, wherever you live

Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:

Email sydney@convertclients.io. We will respond within one month, and always within any shorter period your local law requires. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

For your planner contents there is nothing to ask us for. To take a copy, use Export a backup. To delete it, use Erase everything, or delete the app. It is entirely in your hands.

11. Region-specific rights

United Kingdom and European Economic Area

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you also have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restrict processing, and the right to withdraw consent where we rely on it (we do not). You will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling, because we do none.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your national supervisory authority in the EEA.

OMG Planners is established in Australia and has no establishment in the UK or EU. You can exercise any of the rights above by emailing us directly at the address in section 1, and we will respond within one month.

Australia

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and you may deal with us anonymously or by pseudonym where practicable, which for using the planner is always, since it requires no account.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

New Zealand

We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Privacy Principles. You have the right to access and correct your personal information. Complaints can be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Canada

We handle personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation, including Quebec's Law 25. You may access and correct your personal information, and withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limits. We do not use personal information for profiling, tracking or automated decision-making. Any marketing email we send complies with CASL and includes an unsubscribe link.

Complaints: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

United States

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to access a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, we do not engage in targeted advertising, and we do not profile you. There is therefore nothing for you to opt out of, and no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism is required. We honour Global Privacy Control signals regardless.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA. In the twelve months before the date at the top of this policy, the categories we received were limited to internet activity information (server logs) and, for purchasers, identifiers and commercial information, used only for the purposes in section 5. You will never be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask you to verify your identity.

To make a request, email sydney@convertclients.io. California residents may also appeal a refused request by replying to our decision.

12. Children

Weekly Plan is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK, EEA and some US states). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes, and how to complain

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If the change is material, we will say so inside the app before it takes effect.

Please raise any concern with us first at sydney@convertclients.io. If we cannot resolve it, you can escalate to the regulator for your country listed in section 11.
